Exhibitor Options | Hotel/Registration Next Steps
We understand that nothing will take the place of an in-person exhibit hall, but we are very excited to announce a brand-new, more robust virtual platform. We are here to help you get the leads you desire, deliver content to your customers and prospects, and raise awareness of your brand – not only through a virtual booth but through virtual learning pavilions and sponsorship opportunities.
What are your options?
As a confirmed AIHce EXP 2021 Exhibitor, you have two options to choose from. They are outlined below. Please log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard to choose one of the two options by 11:59 p.m. ET, March 19, 2021. Exhibitors who do not respond by 11:59 p.m. ET, March 19 will automatically receive Option 1.
NOTE: There are no deferrals to 2022.

- Select the“Transfer Options” button.
Option 1: Transfer AIHce EXP 2021 booth fees paid to virtual opportunities.
NOTE: All virtual options are geared to provide you with one or more of the three initiatives you’ve told us are most important to you: 1) Lead Generation, 2) Content Delivery, and 3) Brand Awareness. We are excited to work with you to achieve your goals!
Option 2: Full Refund of all Booth Fees Paid
One hundred percent of booth fees paid will be refunded. The refund will be processed by the method the most recent payment was submitted. If your 2021 booth payment was a 2020 deferral, refunds will be processed via EFT. An EFT form will be sent to your attention for completion.
Exhibitor Booth Orders: Do you have to cancel them? Will you get a refund?
Shepard has begun the process of canceling and refunding (if applicable) all standard rental exhibits (non-custom), furnishings, standard carpet/padding, and standard event tech equipment orders. All custom work, labor, and graphics are non-refundable. Contact Exhibitor Services at 404-720-8600 or email@example.com for more information.
Any hotel reservations made through our housing company (either as individual rooms or a request a block) will be automatically canceled. Hotel reservations made outside of our housing block, even at one of our contracted properties, must be canceled directly with the hotel, by the exhibitor.
Complimentary Badges: All complimentary Exhibitor Full Conference (EFC) and Exhibit Booth Only badges will automatically be canceled. Anyone who would like to attend the Virtual Program can register at https://www.aihceexp.org/2021/register-2021.
Paid Badges: All paid Exhibit Booth Only badges will automatically be canceled and refunded. All paid Exhibitor Full Conference (EFC) Badges will automatically transfer over to our Virtual Program.
PDC Registrants will be contacted separately regarding next steps.
The KBHCCD will automatically cancel all orders and submit refunds (if applicable). Please contact the KBHCCD directly for more information.

Any insurance policies purchased through our insurance provider can be canceled if Rainprotection receives a written request by the exhibitor before the policy starts. There may be a $25 cancellation fee from the underwriters. Email Rainprotection at Sales@rainprotection.net.
To receive a full refund for your lead retrieval purchase, please send a refund request to their dedicated email box: ExhibitorServices@maritz.com. Please include a copy of your receipt/confirmation or invoice number. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing by Maritz. Maritz will honor all refund requests for 90 days after the event’s original start date of May 24, 2021.
Urban Jungle has automatically canceled all orders placed by AIHce EXP 2021 Exhibitors. Please contact Urban Jungle with any questions at 703-241-8545 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
