All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (American Express, VISA or MasterCard) valid through May 2021. If a valid credit card number is not provided, the reservation will automatically cancel.
For Omni: Failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date or cancellation within 72 hours of that date will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax charged to the credit card provided and cancellation of any remaining nights of the reservation.
For Aloft: The credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged a one night's room and tax deposit by the hotel on or after Thursday, April 29, 2021. This deposit will be applied as a credit to your room folio. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded for reservations cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival.
For all other properties: Failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date or cancellation within 48 hours of that date will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax charged to the credit card provided and cancellation of any remaining nights of the reservation.
AIHce will accept new reservation requests until 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, May 5. On May 6, reservation information will be transferred to the hotels.
Requests for housing changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to AIHce EXP 2021 Housing by Wednesday, May 5, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Phone calls will not be accepted. Beginning May 6, requests for cancellation (or new reservations) must be sent directly to the hotels.
Prior to May 6, do not contact the hotel directly for changes or cancellations; the hotel will not have processed your reservation. Rest assured, if you have received a confirmation from AIHce, you have a room secured at the hotel you selected. To make changes to or to cancel a reservation prior to May 6, contact AIHce Customer Service.
On or after May 6, contact the hotel directly for date changes, cancellations, and new reservations. Room availability and rates are subject to the hotel’s discretion.
Your credit card may be charged if:
- you do not check in at the hotel on the scheduled arrival day
- you shorten your scheduled departure after checking in
- you do not cancel your reservation within the hotel’s cancellation window
When canceling a reservation, obtain a cancellation number, date, and the name of the agent. In case of difficulty, contact AIHce Customer Service for assistance.
Registration fees and hotel charges will not be refunded to “no shows.”
