AIHce EXP, the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD), and all AIHce EXP contracted hotels abide by the regulations of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA).
The KBHCCD has manual push wheelchairs available for use by attendees at no charge while in the building. A state-issued form of ID is required for a deposit, as well as a valid phone number; the ID will be returned to the patron upon return of the wheelchair to the information desk. These wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be found at the Information Desk in Building B.
Whenever possible, arrangements will be made for those with dietary restrictions or allergies provided AIHce EXP has received prior notice. Indicate your requirements when you register, and we will contact you to further discuss details. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor requests made on or after Monday, May 17.
For those requesting special meals during registration, you will receive with your badge a ticket listing the type of meal you will receive. Exchange this ticket at the meal function indicated, and you will be given your special meal.
