Social media sites are great venues to announce your participation and engage with fellow attendees and exhibitors.

Plan on making this year's expo an important destination - whether in-person or virtually.

Social Media Tips

You can use your normal social media posting as an opportunity to promote your attendance, sessions you are interested in, exhibitors you want to meet, or events you are looking forward to attending. The more you post, the more attention you’ll bring to your participation, and to AIHce EXP in general.

When posting on any social media channel about AIHce EXP (AIHA uses Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube), use #AIHceEXP. Don’t forget to link back to the conference website, AIHceEXP.org. You may also include AIHA’s Twitter handle (@AIHA).

  • Twitter Example: I’m attending #AIHceEXP! Looking forward to the Welding PDC @AIHA.
  • Instagram Example: Create a short 30-second video to “tease” your participation.

If AIHA includes you in a tweet or response from their social page, retweet, favorite, and/or like it so that your colleagues can see it!

We suggest posting once a week or every two weeks for consistency. Mix up your wording so your posts don’t become repetitive.

We’ve made it incredibly easy to promote your participation by using a pre-made icon as your picture.

Right-click over the image you wish to download and select "Save Image as...," then upload to your favorite social media tool(s).

Attend the Expo - Connect with Exhibitors

Head to the Exhibitor Directory to see who is exhibiting - in-person and/or virtually.

Are you joining us in Dallas? Create your My EXP Planner!

The My EXP Planner tool will allow you to:

  • Add exhibitors and products you're interested in
  • Save time with exhibitor and product recommendations
  • Access exclusive discounts and giveaways
  • Access resources such as press releases, brochures, and videos
  • Have a plan before you arrive in Dallas

Creating an account is easy. There are two ways to get started:

1. Your AIHce EXP Registration Confirmation:

  • Click the link provided in your registration confirmation.
  • Create your password.
  • By selecting "Yes" in the "Connect With Exhibitors" section, your contact information will be shared with exhibitors you save to your My EXP Planner, so you can connect with them.
  • Click "Create Your Free Account" to complete your My EXP Planner setup.

2. My EXP Planner page:

  • Go to the My EXP Planner page, and click "Create Your MyPlanner Account".
  • Fill in all required fields on the registration page.
  • By selecting "Yes" in the "Connect With Exhibitors" section, your contact information will be shared with exhibitors you save to your My EXP Planner, so you can connect with them.
  • Click "Create Your Free Account" to complete your My EXP Planner setup.
