Health & Safety at the Music City Center
Interested in the ventilation system at the Music City Center? We are too! Here's what the Music City Center's engineering department reports about the facility:
- The percentage of outside air to total air volume brought into the Music City Center is achieved at up to 100%. The percentage of fresh air is controlled based on the exterior temperature and humidity to ensure a comfortable environment inside the building.
- MERV 13 filters are utilized in HVAC systems throughout the Music City Center.
- The rate of air exchanges per hour varies based on location within the Music City Center. Total supply air exchanges per hour (air handling equipment maximum outdoor ACH) are 6.8 ACH for a standard meeting room, 7.8 ACH for the Davidson Ballroom, 4.6 ACH for the large ballroom, 3.3 ACH for the Exhibit Hall A, and 3.0 ACH for Exhibit Halls B, C, & D.
