  • The percentage of outside air to total air volume brought into the Omni Hotel Nashville is determined by a CO2 sensor in the return duct, with a minimum of 5% at all times. The control system senses CO2 levels and will modulate the outside air dampers open to maintain a CO2 level of no higher than 800ppm.
  • Airhandlers maintain a minimum 8 ACH.
  • Camfil is the filter manufacturer for the Omni Nashville’s HVAC systems. The prefilter utilized is a pleated MERV 8, and the Final Filter is a bag filter MERV 13.
