Payment Terms
Before March 3, 2023:
- 50% of the total booth fee is due with the application
- If paying by check, wire, or ACH, payment is due within 10 business days of application submission.
- Final balance is due March 3, 2023
After March 3, 2023:
- Full payment is due with application
- If paying by check, wire, or ACH, payment is due within 10 business days of application submission.

Caution Notice - Scam Warning
Be cautious if dealing with any housing companies or services that imply or claim an affiliation with AIHce EXP other than Maritz, the official AIHce EXP housing company. Unauthorized travel companies are often illegitimate, and most do not deliver as promised. Reservations made through an agency other than Maritz will be at your own risk.
