Read below for answers to frequently asked questions regarding exhibitor services that may have been ordered for the live event.
Exhibitor Booth Orders: Do I have to cancel them? Will I get a refund?
Freeman (General Service Contractor and Audio Visual)
Freeman has already begun the process of cancelling and refunding (if applicable) all standard rental exhibits (non-custom), furnishings, standard carpet/padding, and standard event tech equipment orders. Georgia World Congress Center (Utility Orders)
The GWCC will automatically cancel all orders and submit refunds (if applicable). Please contact the GWCC directly for more information.

Any insurance policies purchased through our insurance provider can be cancelled if Rainprotection receives a written request by the exhibitor before the policy starts. There may be a $25 cancellation fee from the underwriters. Email Rainprotection at Sales@rainprotection.net.
To receive a full refund for your lead retrieval purchase, please send a refund request to their dedicated email box: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a copy of your receipt/confirmation or invoice number. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing by Experient. Experient will honor all refund requests for 90 days after the event’s original start date of June 1, 2020.
Urban Jungle has automatically cancelled all orders placed by AIHce EXP 2020 Exhibitors. Please contact Urban Jungle with any questions at 703-241-8545 or email@example.com
To receive a full refund on any photography orders placed with our official photographer, EPNAC, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hotel Reservations: Do I have to cancel them?
Any hotel reservations made through our housing company (either as individual rooms or a request a block) will be automatically cancelled. Hotel reservations made outside of our housing block, even at one of our contracted properties, must be cancelled directly with the hotel, by the exhibitor.
Exhibitor Badges: Do I have to cancel them? Will I get a refund for any paid badges?
Complimentary Badges: All complimentary Exhibitor Full Conference (EFC) and Exhibit Booth Only badges will automatically be cancelled. Anyone who would like to attend the Virtual Program, can register at www.aihceexp.org/register.
Paid Badges: All paid Exhibit Booth Only badges will automatically be cancelled and refunded. All paid Exhibitor Full Conference (EFC) Badges have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their badges over to our Virtual Program. Details will be sent directly to the email associated with that Exhibitor Full Conference Badge. EFC Badges must request refunds by 11:59 p.m. ET, April 30, or their registration will automatically transfer over to our Virtual Program.
